Strtus-Menu and ACL

Although I made a ACL system for 5978 few years ago!
(Use filter to do that!)
But the fucking IT Domain is always imporving !
I wrote "ACL" for many projects,now is the time to implememt it in 5978 and i will use struts and sturts-menu to do that!!
